It's Another Boy!!!

I got an early-morning phone call from our son, Rex in Japan. The time zones are so different, we usually hear from him very late at night or very early in the morning. Today's call was at 5:30 a.m. He called to tell me that his beautiful wife Deja has just found out that they will be having a boy! This means I will have two grandsons this year! Little Jayden in VA and little "not-named-yet" in Japan! Vicki's name suggestions were as follows: Rexxy, Jr. and Rex-alicious! I will update the blog with the name as soon as I get it!

Babies, Babies Everywhere!

I just got some GREAT news from my son Rex and his wife Deja in Japan: we're going to be grandparents AGAIN on June 21st!!! Congratulations, Rex & Deja! You two will be wonderful parents! We're so happy for you! I can't wait to go to Okinawa to meet my little grandbaby!!!! YAY!

Ultrasound Pictures

I have received the ultrasound pictures of my grandchild from Samantha. I am going to wait to post them until I find out if it's a granddaughter or a grandson, though. Sam's appointment for that ultrasound is in a few weeks. Let's hope Little Baby Nerys isn't feeling bashful that day!!

I Got The Green Light!!!

OK, about a month ago, I wanted to blog about my big news, but promised that I wouldn't. For reference, you can read that blog here. Well, tonight I got the green light to blog about this wonderful news! We are going to be grandparents!!!!!! Our beautiful daughter, Sammy is expecting and we couldn't be happier! She's due on April 2nd, but to be honest with you, I think she's going to have it on March 24th. That is my sister Christine's birthday, and also Vicki's birthday! I will keep you posted with baby updates as they come to me! Thank you, Sammy for letting me FINALLY blog about this!!! Whew! I feel a lot better!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to Samantha and Rodrigo!
