Happy Thanksgiving!

Our Thanksgiving, no make that: MY Thanksgiving started last night. I was up until 2:00 a.m. baking. I baked 2 pumpkin pies, brownies, made fudge, and boiled eggs for the deviled eggs today. I also had to color my hair before I went to bed. No grays on turkey day! :) We're having 12 people over for dinner today, and we're going to have lots of food. I'll update the blog later with a picture of our feast. I hope everyone has a very happy Thanksgiving, and remember to give thanks!

12 folks. Sounds like the makings for a nice game of "motorcycle touch football" later.

As for giving thanks, next on my to-do list, is a e-mail to one of our readers in Uniform to thank him.

Just a quick reminder - everyone is expecting some bird today. So try to be understanding and give everybody you see today "The Bird".

Happy Thanksgiving.

We only had 8 people...but a TON of food. I ate so much! Jay asked me if I wanted a snack as we sat in front of the fireplace relaxing once all the company left...I told him I never wanted to eat anything ever again!

Hope yours was a good one!
