Yes, I'm Still Here

I haven't posted lately and there are a few reasons for that.

First, I have been really busy at work, which is great. But school work has kicked up a few notches, too. And BACA has been keeping me very active, as well. If that weren't enough, I am planning some trips this year, too.

We are taking Vicki to Kartchner Caverns for her birthday in a few weeks. I think we're going to hit Tombstone, too. She's really excited, and so are we. It will be nice to get away for a night or two.

Then we are committed to going to the BACA Tucson Charter's 1st Annual Poker Run on 3/27. Some folks here in Phoenix are making it a day trip. Really? A day trip? Riding to Tucson at o-dark-30, doing a poker run and then riding home? I'll pass. So we're leaving Friday night, staying with some Tucson members and coming home Sunday. Much better.

We also have Abbey's Angel Ride this month. It seems we have something planned for every weekend this month!

April is a little better, but we're ramping up for BACA's 100-Mile-Ride on the 24th. April will be an extremely busy month for us. BTW...if you'd like to donate to BACA, now's the time to do it. The 100-Mile-Ride is our biggest ride of the year, and it is to raise awareness and $$. Email me if you would like to donate...it is tax deductible and would be greatly appreciated. Our kids need help. OK...I'll get off the soap box now.

So, you can see that we have tons of stuff going on over the next couple of months, and I have a feeling the summer will be no better. Too Broke for Sturgis is in July and the Fryed Brothers Band will be playing there this year. You can bet we will be there too.

We'll also be buying a house somewhere in there, too. And moving. For the last time in my life. :)

I hope everyone is doing well. Congrats to Dave and BB on their big news! And congrats to Kim, David, Sydney and Baby Brooke! :)

Ride safe and be well.

Thanks! Can anyone do that that 100 mile deal?

Good to see you are still busy. I would hate to see what you are capable of doing if you were bored to tears...yeah...keeping busy is a good thing!

Whoooooo!!! Yeahhhhhhh! Hell yeah! Whoooohoooo! Da, DA, Dadadadad, whoooooo!...sorry, just had to do that.

Blah Blah Blah! You don’t sound that busy to me. Busy would involve lots of pictures of Shovelhead parts all over the garage :)

Well, we had Annabelle all over the garage last night, does that count, WillyD? I didn't take pictures because it actually hurt me to see her like that. :(

But she's all put back together and I will be riding today. :)

Dave: If you wanna come do the 100 mile ride with us, let me know. It's not open to the public but we can invite people. :)

Thanks, Molly! :)

I'm gonna hit up tombstone too this year. We need to hook up and drink beers and laugh our asses off methinks. I'd love to make some miles with you and caveman.

That shouldn’t hurt to see ‘Her’ that way Ann. Look at it this way: Strip her down, put her back together from the ground-up, and you’ve got a brand-new ‘Her’. The way ‘you’ want! Now how could that hurt? It’s a wonderful thing! :)

Wow, that is busy! Atleast most of it is fun stuff though! A new house...that sounds like a lot of fun! Congrats!

Phew...I got a little winded just reading that! We have been really busy here in Jokerland too. Since my kids discovered Susan, they want to come sleep over every weekend, like we have no other shit to do on the weekends!! It is awesome though how much they like her, and she really likes them too. Just another thing to piss off my ex-in-laws...LOL!!

If I had a few bucks to spare I'd donate...you know that. But my well is dry. The divorce has made my cashflow situation the financial equivalent of a clove in a garlic press. That trip to Daytona drained us of lots of sleep and a good amount of dough too. I'm still trying to catch the f**k up!

But, you can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs. All this slogging through the bogs of shit now will be worth it by this time next year. Maybe then, Susan and I will be out there with our bikes doing the 100 mile ride with you in '11.....! :)

I really miss you guys by the way...

We miss you, too Joker! Hopefully in '11 you two will be here!
