BACA 2nd Annual 100 Mile Ride

BACA's 2nd annual 100 mile ride is tomorrow in Yuma, AZ. We're heading down late this afternoon and staying the weekend. I know it's short notice, but we'd love to see some of you Cali folks out there, if you can make it. My ass is not looking forward to the weekend, though. We're riding to Yuma tonight, doing 100+ miles tomorrow, then riding home on Sunday. I'll be sure to pack my Advil. :) Here's a short video from the BACA website. I love it, because it shocks people. I used it in a presentation for school to show that things really aren't always as they seem.

Cool video!

Wish I were going on the Yuma run with you. I've really had it with Wisconsin! Tired of the shitty weather and the shitty government with its shitty HIGH taxes! (Sorry for the rant.)

Have an awesome time this weekend!

Think of me when you go roaring up through Telegraph Pass on 8 just before Yuma. I'll be with ya in spirit anyway.

Dean: We wish you could go, too! No worries on the rant...I hear you loud and clear.

Joker: You will definitely be with us in spirit, brother!

I watched that video on the BACA site after learning about BACA from you all. Very well done and at least finally someone shows the non-stereotype that only men can be abusers.

Be careful on that trip. If'n you get tired on the road pull over and catch a nap. Not worth it to push it for time.

FLHX Dave: you can't go without me!!
Hope you have a wonderful trip you two. BACA is a great organization and everyone that rides for it is the best.
Ride safe. Next time, earlier notice! I would love to ride out. Not far for me in So. California.

That video just jerked this old biker. Well done. A great group I'd say. Well Ann get the Advil you and Big D have a great time.

WOW! That video makes me want to get out there and be a part of this. I've taken a little bit of heat from a few, because I voiced displeasure with my take on HOG rally costs. Sure, I could do something about it if it bothers me.... but THIS bothers me even more! If I'm going to put time and effort into a cause, it's going to be something that really means something to me.
I think children need our help. I have already looked into BACA here in Alabama, but the only three chapters we have are all waaaay north of me. I may have to see what's up about those, or if there are any promises of a chapter getting formed further south, near me.

You and Big D have inspired me like no one else has, to get involved in something. This cause IS worth my time and effort.

Hope you had a great ride. Our weekend was a good one and I'll have lots to say about it for days to come.

Hey Ann, so sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to you and weegie. I would have liked to have been able to talk more and say proper(what ever that means)goodbye. It was great meeting you both and both Fred and I would hope to meet up with you both again. He could use a good licken.
