Seriously?

Big D told me last night that I should post something. (Seriously?) I have been lurking and commenting for a month now, and apparently he's getting impatient. I really have no interest in posting anything just now. I do have some future posts coming. We went to a Hillbilly wedding this Saturday, and Reverend Big D officiated. I'm waiting to get pics for that one, as you won't believe it happened without the pictures. We missed a BACA event to attend the wedding. It was a poker run, and I heard it turned out well. Since it got hot so early this year, I'm not really looking forward to riding anywhere, and it's a good thing, as Annabelle is all tore-up for now. It's going to be 107°F in the desert southwest today. We're flirting with a record high. I'm back in school now, and not even motivated for it. I probably should have extended my leave, but if I did I might not have gone back at all. So excuse me for not being real motivated to post anything. I'm working on it.

Yeah, sometimes I'm not motivated to post anything either. But I can't wait to see the pictures of the hillbilly wedding. Were they relatives of Lady R? LOL!!

You could send some of that heat here too. Mornings here are just breaking 40 degrees.

Hillbilly weddings are funny (see my post 5/12/09 to see a car decorated from one). Living in KY, we see 'em from time to time!

I get the un-motivated thing completely!!
I'd love a little heat here...hi in the 60's today.

I've been in a bit of a lull myself lately. We've had so much friggin' rain I feel like I'm in Ireland - it's about 45 out right now! Enough!!

Hopefully the weather will finally break and I'll have some good rides to write about.

As for everything else, just keep your chin up and know that your friends are all here for you!

Sunny and hot would be better than the 50's and the rain that I rode in yesterday.

Can't wait to see those hillbilly wedding pics.

Aha!, Your summer weather does suck!
I love Minnesota. The Temps are 7o and beautiful! Lush green spring time.

Sorry, Couldn't help myself after getting out of that winter funk.

Would love to see the Hillbilly Wedding pictures too.

Hey Sister...don't post unless you feel it! We will all be here when you feel like returning. I am very interested in the Hillbilly wedding though. I went to one of those a long time ago and wow...let me tell you...the toilets with flowers in them at the front entrance to the reception were only the beginning of the most interesting, shit kick'n wedding I've ever been too! Can't wait for your story!!!!!!!!!

Hugs!

Seriously Ann, don’t sweat the small stuff, it has a way of working itself out. But do stay in school; it’ll pay off in the long run :)

Getting back to school is a good thing. Life will ease it's way back to normal.

Hillbilly weddings. Love 'em. They are a family tradition for us too. Anniversary parties usually have family members providing a "live reenactment" of the wedding day... which leads to much laughter.

Yes Dean... I may have had a cousin or two hanin' around at the reception. Free food!

I feel ya! It's hard to get motivated again when a long absence from routine has occurred. At this point, I would say, focus on school, and the rest will come when your ready.

Hang in sista!
